Does the 1000 run? I think you did good, great price on the blower alone. Can't wait to see more pics

Well, then it's official! Lew says good deal, so I feel better! LOL. I wasn't sure. I really wanted to offer less, but the seller wasn't around. It was consigned so I had to pay it, or miss it....

I like the 16HP idea I dunno.... I've got motors laying around.... we'll see what I decide to do

Thanks Ryan and Allen! I promise more pics tomorrow! I'm really stoked!

Disclaimer: I have like, 4 projects I'm in the middle of. I'll post pics and start a thread on this one, but I don't know how long I will be working on it. Will probably try and get it running, and do a restore later.

Do you want door 1 or door 2? Actually I'll take door 3.

Looks like a good find. Hope you enjoy it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
