Default Re-powered 782

I re-powered my 782 with a 16 hp Vanguard kit from Small Engine Warehouse several years ago. I also put in a heavy duty ujoint driveshaft replacing the rag driveshaft. It has two new rear tires and the 52 inch deck as well as a snow blade and chains. We are probably moving and may not need it. What is this worth if I sell it?

How many hours on the repower? Pictures would help us a lot. I would like to see how you did the driveshaft too.

Default 782 re-power

There are about 120 hours on the re-power. I can get pictures once it warms up. It’s only 10 degrees here and will be very cold the rest of the week.

I’m having problems posting the photos on here as it’s asking for a URL. I don’t have a site for that. The pictures are on my phone. Can anyone help?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
