Default Question about dash tower
I've been looking at a lot of pictures of Originals on Google Images and noticed that a lot of the originals (most) have a curved semi-circle cut out on the lower right side of the dash tower. My '61 O doesn't have that cut out. I'm curious what it's for and why mine doesn't have one. Here's the right side of mine (it's a work in progress and yeah, I know the tank is on backwards

Looks like you don't have the creepy hole either.

I can't tell from that pic but are those the narrow slot rear wheels?

What does your starter/generator bracket look like?

Got collard spindles?

O's had lots of changes through the early years.

Nope, no creeper. The rear wheels came off of a 100. I have the wheels for the O, but they need rehab - it's on the to do list. I'll have to take a pic of the S/G bracket and post it later. What's a collard spindle. I have collards, or did, in the garden...

Roland, I didn't know the right term for it - dash tower seemed better than "the uppy and downy thing that holds the steering wheel"
