Hood Adjusting on 782
Hello All! Got a question about hood adjustment on 782. Repainted a hood from 682 and nose piece. When I put them on my 782 the hood doesnt set level on console, right side is about 1/4-1/2 higher than left side. Hood isnt bent or twisted. Does the small screws on the side of mounting bracket have anything to do with it? Any advice will be Greatly Appreciated! Thanks! Bill

I don't have any good pics but the hood is adjustable at the hinges. They are tricky and take a little time to get it right but if everything is straight and the dash tower isn't out of alignment you should be able to adjust it so that it fits perfect.

Ok Oak! Thanks alot! I guess patience and some masking tape is the key! After painting hood three times, dont ask cause it's a long story I dont want to be scratching hood and nose piece by getting in a hurry! Thanks again! Bill
