Default What's a 2182 worth?

So I'm looking for a trade, or I guess to sell my 2182. Not sure how much it's worth. I was told it's about a 1994 model. 1400 hours. 60" deck, snow plow and frame. Rear pto and 3 point hitch. Runs good. Has a hydraulic leak at the bottom of the rear end, but can't tell where it's coming from. It's not from any fittings and there isn't a gasket nearby. I think it's coming from where the hydraulic pump meets the rear end. It also takes about 3-5 turns of the key where it clicks then it starts right up. It's too big for my property. I have to use a push mower for 20 minutes to go around the landscaping and trees, then use the tractor for 20 minutes. Really just need a riding lawnmower. If anyone has a opinion what it could be sold for I'd appreciate it. I'm going to do a compression check to make sure all the cylinders are good.

It's a late 1993 machine. With the options it has, hours and what I'm guessing it needs to reseal the pump and rear end, I'd guess it's worth around $1500.00

Nice machine, wish you were closer to me.

To me the rear lift and pto is $1k. If it didn't have that I would say it was a $1000 to $1500 tractor. So, with the options you have I would say $1500 to $2000.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
