Website - isavetractors
Has anyone tried parts from isavetractors.com? I am looking to rebuild a K301. Should I try the isavetractors.com kit of spend the extra on genuine parts?

Most guys buy there engine kits off eBay from seller bakt4kids, he has many kits available and has excellent customer service. I've built a few engines with his kits and never had an issue.

Like Tim said, bakt4kids has the best deal on aftermarket parts. I also buy from him. Bought several kits off him this year.
You don't need all that stuff from isavetractors. Bearings usually aren't bad, and a new carb is unnecessary unless yours is physically broken. Aftermarket parts are very good quality. Really no need to spend the ridiculous money Kohler wants. I honestly don't know why they don't make their prices more competitive. I can buy a complete kit for what Kohler wants for a piston set.

Thanks for the info. I looked them up and like their prices. Once I get a chance to pull the motor apart and see what I've got I'll order one of their kits.
