Repowered 982
I'm hoping someone can help me with my carb issue. My 982 was repowered in the past with a Kohler M18. The carb bowl has corroded and has pinholes. I tried a gas tank repair compound but after a couple of months it is failing and has started leaking again.
I would like to replace the bowl but can't find just the bowl, and can only find used carbs on eBay for ~$100. Pricey for just the bowl that I need. Anyone know of a patch compound that will stand up to continuous immersion in gasoline, or have a good m18 bowl they will sell?

I have a whole carb I'll sell you for $20 plus a little for shipping, you can use the bowl off it and have the rest left for parts. Pm me if interested.

Be sure you have a kohler carb,if it is a Walbro,the kohler bowl is not going to fit.They are different.
