Owner doesn't know model#, does know it's gasoline and won't stay running. $300. whatchu think?

I'd guess 1440 because it doesn't have hydraulic lift and appears to my eye that it has a Brigg's engine. On a side note, I'd offer $200 tops because of the condition. A very...unique (to put it nicely) paint job, plastic looks rough for what's there as it is missing the side panels, and I can't tell if it's all leaves or if it's rust but the deck doesn't seem in great shape. That's a borderline parts machine right there.

Think it's something like age and treachery will beat youth and exuberance.

Now back to the OP's original post before it got Hi-Jacked. A 1440 and as Ryan said $200 since it's a mess and doesn't run.

Something funky going on with the exhaust also. On my 1440's the pipe does not stick out of the front that far.

I paid less than 300 for my 1440 with filled ag tires, snow blade, and chains. Also came with 42 inch deck(really nice) and mule drive. Have not put the deck on it I bought it just to plow snow.
