Picture of the Week: September 19, 2015
This weeks submission is sent to us by local member ccguy aka Ken from Massachusetts. Ken comments "Although surrounded by green machine owners in my neighborhood (and always getting the needle), my grandfather in KS was a farmer and a Farmall guy (used a 127 at home) working 1 ½ sections of flat, fertile soil for red winter wheat, milo and corn in the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s. There’s nothing like working a Cub that you brought back to life, with it’s huge frame and genuine tractor drivetrain. This was a non-starting, retired, rust-covered, 1988 built 1811 with 635 hours and 1½ inches of packed mud/grease under the dash with dried mud encasing the hydro pump and transmission housing. No brakes. Rotted out fender support. Safety switches /electrical components, shot. Fender dented up. No deck, no mule drive. Abused sheet metal.

Brian April 1979 1200 Quietline 44A deck 1988 1211 customized into a 1288 with a K301AQS 38C deck and a 1864 54” deck . Snow blades 42" and 54" . Brinly disk, brinly plow a cultivator and a $5 brinly yard rake!
