Default Working on my 100

Hi all. Been putting together a 100 from a few parts machines and i am happy to say i have a moving operating wood-hauling machine in her original patina
I recently got some Ag tires that go on the front, mounted on rims, that have a 4 lug pattern. Does any other cub have a spindle that i can upgrade to using, or is there a hub out there i can use??
i will post some pictures tomorrow. too dark for them now.

thanks!

Xtreme motor works sells a hub set up that you weld on. I believe you cut your axle at the 90 bend and weld on theirs.

I don't know of any hub that will work for your purpose without modification. If there is something out there, I would like to find it.Azusa makes some hubs that might work with a little modification.
Some people cut off their spindles and weld trailer stub axles to them.
Or you could fabricate some like I used on my 106 refurb/mod.

Here is some pictures. The first picture is the day i brought it home without a motor. The 100 hood mounting holes are shot, that's why it has a 70 hood on it in the second picture. I sourced a motor for it in a non running state, and it was very rough to say the least. Cleaned/ lapped/ reset the valves, new head gasket+ bolts, new points and condensor, she fired off without a hitch! This machine has fenders, lights front/rear, creeper, reflectors, 3PH, and i acquired AG's at a tractor show a few weeks ago!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
