Default Getting ready for the show

ive been dragging my feet putting the finishing touches on my 108 but with the fair starting on sunday i figured i better get it done so it can go on display. the seat is one from ebay that was $62 plus $22 shipping and was advertised as having the proper bolt pattern which it does, it went right on and looks fantastic but its kinda firm so hopefully it gets a little more comfy. the lights are from tsc and were 4.99 each, in my opinion they look good and are super bright. last on the list is my decal kit which arrived today from maple hunter which will be getting installed later this week.

Those lights are very bright. The tractor looks really good Tim and should be a great ride to be on. Have a blast with it and post some more pics once you get those decals on it.

Looking good. I have the same seat on my 149 and it is a little firm. An like you, I am hoping that is softens up some. Have a great time at the fair.

It really looks super. I was thinking of one of those ebay seats for my 782 since the original one looks nothing like a seat anymore. Can't wait to see your Cub with the decals on it!

Every time I see this thread title, I think it says "Getting ready for the snow", don't do that to me!!

On a more serious note, looks great

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
