We have a lot of hummingbirds in our area and one of the little fellas got trapped in my garage today while I was out there working. My 7 year old daughter told me "hey there's a hummingbird in here". I took a quick pic and then worked on getting him back outside by removing the screen and then opening the window. Also is a pic of 4 baby robins in a flower holder on the back of our house. The mom and dad robins return every year and build a new nest.

I think so too, I'll sit out there for an hour or two sometimes watching them. We have about a dozen bats that come out just before dark, they are fun to watch too. They'll fly within about 10 feet of us.

Just had one get stuck in my garage too. Its amazing how they can fly through a huge opening and then can't get out the same opening, they just keep bouncing off the ceiling till they get tired. The hummingbirds are attracted to the red handle hanging down from the door track.

I don't know how long he'd been in there, but he sure looked tired. I was thinking that yesterday too, why don't he fly back out?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
