Well i was getting the cub out today doing the maint on her (grease the fittings, change the oil, take the blower off and put the deck on) and I noticed the steering wheel is very wobbly and seems that it's come apart? Is there any members that sell rebuilt ones? Please see pic. Any ideas?

Mine did that (1450), bushing was just about gone. I pulled the wheel and put a wheel bearing for a 3/4" spindle in it.

Agreed. Upgrade to the wheel bearing. It's the same one that's used on the steer wheels.

Check to see if the shaft seems to screw up and down as you turn the wheel.
It kinda looks like the "tube" has moved up in the bushing recently.

I did this as well on my 104, but it was a very sloppy fit. I put a few wraps of aluminum duct tape around the shoulder , it worked perfect.
I agree with Yosemite Sam, it looks like the tube has moved. Let us know what you find. Chris

Tube does look like it moved but spacer bushing definitely looks like it's gone

I used a hose clamp on mine since it also fit loose.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
