Default Deck paint
Was curious what everyone uses to paint the undersides of their decks. I have a 126 with a 42 inch deck - orig and I scraped it best I could and was thinking about doing a quick paint job under to prevent rust.

D osnt really matter what ya use under there it wont last long I say just use whatever is handy

I was faced with the same issue the other day when taking a 42 inch deck apart. It was suggested to rough sand the rust as best that you can, apply rust converter to rust both top and bottom, epoxy primer and then apply EZ-Slide (graphite paint) so grass doesn't stick to bottom of deck. The epoxy is impervious to water and the Ez-slide is available a TCS.

For the top, standard primer and paint.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
