Default Plow question

I made a plow today. I ran the arms on the plow back to the arms that lift the mower deck. These arms are hooked to rods that allow 4 or 5 inches of movement
before they can put pressure on the arms, that would lift the mower deck, so their is not enough travel left to left the plow. H as anyone else come across this problem, and what did you do. Any help would be great.
The tractor is a GT3200.

It's impossible for anyone here to know how you constructed your blade without some pictures of what you have done.

I think I have it figured out,it is the movement the deck hangers allow so the deck can float,i will weld a stop in their to take away some of the movement.

I assume there is a long slot that a pin slides in for float. I wouldn't weld anything permanent under there, still need the deck to float. Can you take two pieces of flatstock and sandwich the slot? You can bolt the flatstock together with two bolts through the slot to lock out most of movement. The blade needs to move up and down a little to follow the ground.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
