I took my ZD326 in for a complete service. I do it every winter. They call last week to tell me it was ready. Due to many doctor appointments, today was the first time I got to go and get it. Stopped at the service department and paid. Had one of them go and help me load it up from out back where you drop off and pick them up for service.. We look around and can't find it... Look some more and still not found.. Get one of the service managers to come and help look.. still no go. Looked inside the service area (large) and not there.. The manager told me he would ask the guys who worked on it when they get back from lunch and they would deliver it to me here. I wait 3 hours and no Kubota. I call them and they still haven't found it. They asked if I had already picked it up.. ?

They said they would look at the surveillance cameras and try to figure it out... What the heck! Their computer shows that only I paid for the service... today. How the heck you lose a big zero turn?

Lets hope they are an honest, legitimate dealer that will make it right with you. But on the other hand, it serves you right for switching to orange!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
