Probably with some fabrication, but if it would bolt right on, CCC would have listed it as an option. They don't, so the short answer is no.

I did not realize Aaron had a hitch that was for an 1862! Cool!

I learned something today.

looking at the pics on Aarons site my current hitch from a 782 should work ,except the lift arm looks to be different.

Give it a shot, for all I know it may be a bolt on. Keep us posted.

Edit:
I just did a little digging around on parts tree the 782 used a model 388 3 point and parts tree says it also fits the 1860 so my guess is that it will play on the 1862. This is the parts pic

Hey, I was doing a little more digging on this. Apparently, the 389 Cat 0 hitch was an option for the early 1862's. Serial numbers 800,000-821,059, but it wasn't for the later serial numbers. Don't know why..... But the tractor frames changed part numbers. Sooooo...... It may depend on what serial number tractor you get.

I bet the later ones have the deck height adjusting rod that comes out the back. I have seen an 1863 with a cat 0. It should fit.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
