Default A little work to the Super

Added a rear light and fabricated a weight bracket for the A Frame I have for the 3pt hitch.. A couple of 2" black pipe sections welded to the A Frame and I was cooking with Crisco...

They weigh about 75lbs each.

Pics are the work in progress will paint the A Frame to keep the rust off...And of course cutting the bolts down or getting some from TSC taht are just the right size.

Also spent the last couple of weeks replacing the front and rear seals along with the oil lifter cover gaskets and head gaskets.......

Runs better than ever...Put her to work with the latest snow we had in Western MD....

Yea Sam I know....She is dirty...! : - )

Looks clean to me. Nice weight bracket. Wonder if it adds to down pressure with it mounted on the 3 point?

tks, Bryan

Haven't wired it yet thinking of just using the headlight switch from the ignition since I never mow in the dark and will turn the key to the light position when needed..

Will take pics when done....had to plow again today along with manual labor on the long asz sidewalk. Oh and a large spot so the kids could out and take a squat! Spoiled I tell ya

Weights were off another cub I flipped...took me 2 days to get them off since they were a tight fit inside the rims think they are homemade. But they did a good job on them

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
