Default My "new" 1963 O
Just picked this one up about an hour ago
Found it on the good ol' craigslist for 200

It fires right up and the deck isn't bad one side is rotted and looks like an easy fix if I borrow my friend's plasma cutter. Spindles don't seem to have any play.

I can't read the engine plate, but based off the air cleaner I think it may be the 8hp replacement engine. Does anyone know any other way to tell the k161 apart from the k181 without tearing the engine apart?

Theres no creeper gear or any other fancy options other than the fenders

I was gonna make my 127 pretty this winter, but I think this one jumped ahead of it.

I'm off to the gas station then I'm gonna drive it around the yard for a while.

I will certainly keeps the pics flowing. It's going to be a couple months before I start preparing for paint.

I'll be digging around my dads shop for a hood emblem in a couple days. I know there were a few of those hanging around somewhere.
