128 in New Freedom PA
Just a quick picture of my work in progress.
Got a free 128 from a cub collector for laying block in his garage. It was a mess when I put it on my trailer and brought it home. But through the help of craigslist, and a few websites, I have begun piecing it and getting the 128 back in shape. Years of sitting have taken their toll on bearings in the front axles, and new grease for the deck. I have my stich welder going to mend the holes in the deck before I paint it. The blades looked like they were used to club rocks before I got a grinder to them. I have it in usable condition, and the wife even had to admit it mows pretty good. I'll keep updating and put up a pic every now and again.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens.
