New guy with new to me Cub
Hey everybody, just signed up after buying my new (to me) Cub Cadet 1450 Quietline. Got tired of my lightweight lawn tractor and looked hard for something more heavy duty. This is what I came up with. Pretty low hours on the rebuilt engine (always a plus). Mowed with it once already and can't wait to spend some time fixing it up.

Good looking 1450! They are alot more heavy duty than the current LT's out there. I always have to chuckle seems like all unrestored quietlines have one eye,poor devils!..lol

Brian April 1979 1200 Quietline 44A deck 1988 1211 customized into a 1288 with a K301AQS 38C deck and a 1864 54” deck . Snow blades 42" and 54" . Brinly disk, brinly plow a cultivator and a $5 brinly yard rake!

I've noticed that about the headlights myself. This one will get repaired eventually, but there's other things more important right now. I'm going to go ahead and do a tune up on the engine, got to find a fuel leak I've got somewhere, and change the hydro fluid. Plus I've got a new seat to put on and I'm going to strip and repaint the deck before it rusts through. Oh and I had to order the adjustment cam for the lift. And the list goes on!
