I need a breather!
Ever get REALLY annoyed by these dang gas cans with NO breather cap. I was mentally berating this can when I noticed some valve stems laying on the bench. HMMMMMM, I said to my self. A half inch hole later, remove the schraider valve, and WA LA!

That would appear to be a good solution to a problem.
How did you install the valve stem? Fish it through the pour spout hole with a wire and then into the 1/2" hole?

The guy in the vid. is priceless. I feel the same way about those dumb gas cans. Crappiest fuel can I've ever used. Dad always used (and still does) the metal ones with vents (good luck finding a good used inexpensive one of those.) I'm going to look into venting my gas can too.
PS the guy in the video has like 20 cans- makes me wonder why he hasn't just invested in a tank?
