Default 122 PTO belt removal/replacement help
Hi all,

I need to put a new PTO belt on the 122. Am I gonna need to remove the PTO pully? I don't see anywhere I can slip it off?

What size belt am I looking for also?

No clue what deck/tiller or what ever you need the belt so hard to help with that. To take the belt off release the tension from the mule drive and remove the belt from the mule drive pulleys and the rest is butter!

Make sure you loosen the tension adjustment rod for the PTO to give some extra room for changing the belt. Those fiber buttons break really easy.

If you do break it off, I sell brass PTO buttons. I've been running my brass button for 3 years and counting.

You can find the manuals that will show you how to replace the belt(s) and adjust them in the technical section on this site.

They should tell you what size belt to use too.
