Default Sleeve Hitch Adapters

I am going to need to pick up a sleeve hitch adapter in the next few weeks for my 129 with hydraulic 3pt lift to attach my cultivator and the Brinly plow I just picked up yesterday. I do have a tiller gearbox mounted on this tractor so I think I would prefer to go with one which would allow me to leave the gearbox on the tractor. The 2 I have found for sale are Jeff from PA and Extrememotorworks. They appear to be slightly different, does anyone have any experience with either or a recommendation to go one way or the other?

I do realize for the tasks I have planned I will need to go with the floating straps.

Thanks,
Mitch

Mitch

They both make good stuff. I played mix and match with my project 71. Xtreme for the hitch that bolts to the tractor and Jeff in PA for the hitch. You may also want to look at IH Cub Cadet Parts one of the sponsors at the top of the page.

Sam any particular reason you mixed and matched parts between the 2?

Jeff thanks for the offer, obviously you are on the short list.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
