Default New Score... Cub 123 and ALOT of Parts (Picture Heavy)

Here is the 123 that I picked up a couple days ago. Came with lights and alot of extra parts. A couple hoods, a couple seats, and brackets, front ends. I also got a 122 chassis reciently which I traded for another 123 rolling chassis with Jmroy from here at OCC. So, Now I've got a frame to fix the 123 I have with the hole in it as well as an extra hydro tranny (not sure if it works... but good for parts at the least) Picked up everything for $250.

Now for the Pics.....
Cub 123 Hydro

Extra 123 Hydro Tranny and Frame...

IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN ANY OF THE PARTS, PLEASE PM ME OR EMAIL... csand1@unh.newhaven.edu. Thanks

Yes, I like it so far, It is HARD to get used to from a gear shift. This is my first hydro. The only think I need to adjust or whatever is the Neutral/Brake pedal thing... I cant step on the petal without the tractor in N, I believe that if i step on it when its in F or R, it should move to N, but it isnt without help, maybe silicone spray will help?

Yes, I was glad to get the frame from a forum member too, it was nice to match a face to the name. What are the odds that 2 of us live in the same town. Haha.

Thanks zippy!! I have wanted a hydro for a while, and It seemed like the 123 was more rare than the 125 and older, I like the older ones myself. It runs good, a little smoke, could be rings or maybe just buildup in the head. Tearing into it more tomorrow.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
