Default Need help with O deck

While my O is on display at the local fair i was running through my parts yard and dug out the O's deck and related parts i got with it. I have no idea as to how they all hook together. I have the belts and blades at my local IH dealer, just need to pick them up, and will get the deck shields from xtreme (if not a set of fenders too!). I also know im missing the key ways to the outer pulleys and the right side deck link (deck to frame bracket), or is it the left? But from the pics im not sure if im missing any other parts. The right side spindle looks like its missing something but that could be the way the pulley sits on it, and how much gap i need between the outer pulleys and the deck surface. Any info and tips are in need and apreciated! Also is the deck engaged by the foot switch by the right side pulley? And how do i time the deck? Here are the pics that i have of the parts currently.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
