I was wondering the year of my 1650 the serial number is 205067ou662411

made in (towards the end) of Aug 1979. Sept started with 662612

That would actually make your 1650 pretty close to the end of production for the Quietlines. The x82 series started with production number 665001, which would be the end of September 1979.

Default just got a 1650 that was sitting on the line with yours

I am new to this board and just bought a 1650 serial # 662385 only 26 units older than yours! In Virginia. Small world. Have not had it long enough to check it out that well but really seems to be solid and very low use. Paint in great shape. metal in great shape. was told it sat in a barn unused most of the life and the tires and blades are still the original (which looks true).
