13 Fin??
I picked up a load of misc parts from a friend of mine and this block was one of the items. Would this be what you guys refer to as a 13 fin block?

I didn't have time to get a set of calipers to measure the bore. Im not sure if the last fin at the bottom that runs along the width of the block counts as a fin or not.

A 16 hp should have 10 bolt holes for the head.
