Default Plow day needed

I am looking for a plow day in central IN, or within reasonable driving distance. I have never been to one but between me and Dad (yesmar74 ) we have enough for 3 plow tractors. Looking forward to trying it.

If you find one tell me about it. I would love to go to one once I get a plow for the 1650!

Plow Days that I know of:

Northwest Ohio Big and Little Plow Day is July 28. Link to their site:
http://www.nwohbigandlittleplow.com/
The Ohio State plowing contest will be held during the plow day.

This plow day is around Noblesville, Indiana area. They tried to have a mile of IH tractors plowing the same time. There is an aerial view in this topic.
http://www.redpowermagazine.com/foru...=&fromsearch=1
They have 500 acres to plow. This an IH only event. You must be a member of International Harvester Collectors to participate because of insurrance. Cost is $15 to national group. If you want to join a chapter it will be an extra $10. There are several great chapters in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan that are alway looking for new members.

Gonya Family Plow Day will be held this fall. Date hasn't been set. This plow day is north of Findlay, Ohio.

Cub Cadet Collectors Plow Day XII will held April 28. Set up day is April 27. Location is 911 Porter Ave., Scottdale, PA 15683. They had a pulling track besides plowing that you can try out. I went one year....had a good time and wreck my Suburban, trailer and Cubs on the way home (hit a deer). I had a few phone calls from the group that put on the plow day/show making sure everyonw was ok. I do want to go back after I'm done chairing Red Power Round 2013. Here is a link to their show: http://www.farmcollector.com/show-di...x?eventid=1896

There are a few sites that post plow days. Here is the list I have:
http://www.plowdayfever.com/index.htm
http://www.plowday.net/

I help set up the Gonya Family Plow Day and Northwest Ohio Big and Little Plow Day. I do have infomation on what needs done to host a plow day. PM me is you want to set up a plow day or know of a plow day.

Any infomation I recieve I wil post. I may or may not be able to go. I usually get invites to 5 to 8 plow days each year.

Id like to have a plow day here next year, northern crawford county, PA. Have lots of ground to mess with, some heavy sod and some fallow with some winter cover crop. Nice loam soil.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
