Default Weight of a 149?
How much does a 149 weigh?

I'm truckless right now, all I have is an '06' Toyota Corolla, and I have a lead on a 149, just not sure how to get it home.

I read on another forum that IH claimed the shipping weight of a 149 in 1972 was 870 lbs. This is third hand information but seems plausible to me.

Left the tractors back east when we moved to Nevada. One went to South Jersey, the other to Long Island.

my wifes' 04 kia spectra has pulled a alias chalmers 716 with the deck on up and down some pretty nasty hills/mountains here in northeast alabama, but i'm pretty sure it's not as heavy as a cub. jeff

Level roads, not over 45mph, you are OK.

That's too heavy...it's probably about that much including the operator.

According to the Cub Cadet Datasheet, the weight of the 149 is 695 lbs.
