Arrow Announcement

I am happy to announce another improvement to our Website. As of 10:00PM this date, we have moved from a "shared server" to a solely "dedicated server". OCC is the only website on this server. No more shared server problems like we have been experiencing in the past, plus we should have faster response speeds.

I have tested the New Server and all seems normal and well. There may be some minor bugs and issues, and if you encounter them, please let me know.

I would like to thank our Server Tech guy - Tim of Triple3Host for keeping us going and making this move.

Otherwise, enjoy the new server.

Roland,
Had trouble logging on here about 9:30. Must be a coincidence? The other site I am on a lot just got off V bulletin tonight too! Weird. Anyway I am used to this format. I will have to get used to the new one on the maple trader.
Glad this is more stable for the future of OCC!
Regards,
Chris

The transfer began about 9:30PM and lasted for about 1/2 hr.

Our software program VBulletin did NOT change. We did go to a newer server protocol (PHP 5.3) and that should make things run better also.

Ok thanks,
Just FYI, I checked to make sure the setting for instant email notification is still on and it is. I saved the settings incase that would help. Still didnt get the email here on your last post. And I did check my spam box incase something happened there.

Is anybody else getting subscribed thread emails?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
