Default I've got the itch...

But I can't scratch it!

I've been searching for a while for another Cub or attachment to add to my collection but pickings seem sparse in south Jersey. Seems all the deals I find on CL and evilpay are just too far, its driving me up a wall.

Sorry, just had to vent.

I agree, with Lew. One will come along, when you least expect it.

Well I actually scored a 12" Brinly plow last week.

Best part about that was the fellow I bought it off of is also a Cub nut!
Spent some time chatting and drooling over his collection.

I feel better now

Worst thing you can do is search all day and night and drive yourself crazy. They'll come along when you least expect it or aren't really looking. I have been looking for a 59M chipper for at least 6 years now and never can seal a deal. I bought one last week out of nowhere that I never expected. Had to jump on it and change my whole weekend plans but that's part of it.

Half the fun of collecting is the hunt

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
