Wet 149
I am hoping that someone can help me out here. Yesterday I made the mistake of rinsing the engine down after I washed the tractor, even though I left it running it soon died out. I have left it dry outside in the sun and heat but it still will not even crank. Other than me being stupid in doing so, does anybody have any thoughts on what it could be ?

Yep, been there and done that. You will need to pull your points cover and make sure the points aren't arc'd and wet inside the cover. Mine would get wet and die immediately. I would have to take the cover off, dry it out and then sand the points just a bit. I missed that part about not even cranking. Have you checked your neutral safety and brake safety switches? Make sure all your grounds are good and clean and tight. Negative cable to frame, Engine to frame.
