Default 126 I picked up

let me know if pics are too big.

didnt get camera lense cleaned but you can see :P
guy who painted it before me didn't know how to paint, overspray everywhere possible.
ill replace first picture in bit with a better one.

i do have the grille just need to get some bolts to hold it in.

however questions for parts that are messed up

pretty sure this is suppose to be flush agianst mower deck? maybe? maybe not.
missing spindle shield on both sides... gotta pick those up.

heres a good question.
bearing for idler is gone

easier to just buy new or get a bearing and press in?

the stud with washer does it do anything with the spring? or is it for the spindle shield.
the spring is all loosey goosey.
would love some pics of the 42" set up so i can see what i need to fix / do

need tuck the wiring

missing the shield there also.
*do not ask about the coil wire*

thats all for now. ill get some more up later.

prolly just wore through so they decieded to just rig it up?

and this lil deal they added to the chute side of deck

i like it when close to the house or if pet outside.
but if not it just flips over and sits on the deck.
kinda cool. but def added on.

Yup, pictures are a little big.

first picture fixed

sorry ill resize them when i can.
my laptop is hooked up to a 24in LCD so they look smaller to me.
but next time ill have it fixed.

the wiring i plan on doing, i want to order a set of lights for the front.
forgot what webpage but they hook off the side instead of into the front where they would be. but once i get that ill rewire everything.

its run good but carb needs to be cleaned and adjusted. ill start work on that after i get the mower in good shape. need buy belts and whatever i need to fix the mower.

so with the tensioner pulley...
ive been looking through sponsers and a couple other places i found.
cant seem to find one?

i pulled the pulley out... no bearings left in it.
looks like the bearing is put in then pressed in... so its a throw away and buy a new from what im seeing...
too bad u cant just pop a bearing in there.

Try NAPA, they should be able to get what you need. Take the old one in with you so they can verify the size. Unless you actually call or email the sponsors you won't get a true account of everything they have in stock. What is listed on their websites is usually a small amount of parts that they have available.

hey Soaper

that hood is an easy fix. I took mine to a body shop and they welded in a new corner and reinforced it with washers inside and out. they smoothed it out and i fared it in with bondo. total fix on both sides cost me 40 bucks.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
