I mount them , no air , and mask off the tire behind the rim.
there is know way I know of to do it without chipping / scratching them up

I had Tire barn mount some tires for me on freshly painted rims. They used some type of plastic/nylon mounting thing and didn't chip any paint.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
