I ordered 2 new relief valves today they should take approx a week to arrive.

The plow lift is not done with the undercarriage lift , it is done via the front hyd quick connectors. I adapted the plow set up myself.

I will try to get some pics of my set up tomorrow.

Thanks guys!

It would have been nice if you had let us know that you have a home made lift on your plow. I wasted my time trying to help.

" I wasted my time trying to help. "

Seriously ?? Thats nice !

Regardless of it being a "home made" lift or not the hydraulics work the same way!
Its a 2 spool valve , one side to the under carriage lift and one spool to the quick connects out front.

SAM MAC you're a moderator , correct ? Then remove me from this sight entirely !
Its obvious most everyone on this forum has a certain air of superiority of themselves , if you don't do it their way its wrong , or no one could know how to do something themselves , you must pay a professional.

The way I feel regarding this forum .... You can all go pound sand !

Its easier to figure things out thru trial and error than it is to ask on here!

Good Riddance !

Sorry you are having a rotten day.
Wishing you the best in life, it is way too short,
and shorter when one lets things get to them.

The choice is yours if you choose to not come back of course. Sam is a moderator. He's a damn fine one with a wealth of knowledge about a lot of things "not just cubs". He, Like all of us do like helping people. With that said, I don't think anyone likes having their time wasted. We as moderators don't get paid to help you. No one here does. People are volunteering their time. The least people can do when asking for help is provide accurate and concise information. Adding your own lift changes quite a few dynamics. How do we know what you did is correct? We have no idea of your skill level. If one of us here saw your question thinking this was a CC lift and started looking at hydraulic diagrams to help you then YES. That would be a waste of time since what you have will not be found in a manual.

I guess if you would have put this in the homemade section you would have probably had a whole different series of responses.

BTW. I think ole Roland pegged it in post number 2!
I think for some people it may sort of be like rocket science

But I guess ya figured that out while you were ordering your new ones rebuilt "professionally" !

On my old 782' the rod broke off the piston. Nothing leaked externally, but it was bypassing inside the cylinder.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
