Nick,
Get rid of that stupid brass thingy and put the correct fiber one on.Most pto baskets are about a 1/16 away from the sg bolt,no locking washer is to be behind it.

That "brass thingy" lasts a lot longer than a fiber button plus doesn't break off when changing belts.

yes but on a 100 there is very little room for it to clear the grill.

Do the brass ones go clear through and out the other side with threads? Looks like Nikodemis has a nylock nut holding it on? I was under the impression they were all press fit?

I also think the PTO isn't far enough on. The fiber buttons work just fine for me...

I believe my problem is that I don't have the pto holes lined up with the basket pulley slots, key way is flush, there is a lock washer on the bolt but it always had one.

The bearing is not on the shaft far enough. It needs to be flush with the end of the shaft.

The brass button is not the problem. I have one on my 149 and it works just fine. It's dimensionally the same as the fiber POS.

Yes but on a 100 the grill is close to the pto arm as it is, the nut puts it that much closer and harder to put on the belt.
