ly134,
I like the patrol version I could use one of those on the C-C ranch (C bar C)!
Nice work you did bring the cubs back to very good looking machines! They had a rough life till you got them.
I went and looked at the 125 near by and it looks to be in poor condition with everything needing touched. You guys know the story. Just hate to see them rust away.
Regards,
Chris

Default Newest field find, not sure if I will keep or pass along

I found this out behind a barn and decided to drag it somewhere. not sure if it is a keeper or for sale. Supposedly was running when parked but has sat for a while. The battery date is 2003. Not too sure about the KY-OEM style ignition

Default One motivator

Spend 45 min with a scrub brush, hose and simple green and the project looks much more do-able.

It looks like its a solid complete tractor. Not too many of those around of that era. Go for it!

A 149 that I bought looked that rough if not rougher, po said it was driven behind the barn and parked 5 years ago. I put gas in it and a new battery, and drove it onto the trailer, just used it the other day, and did the same thing to it.

They're all keepers.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
