restoring a cub
Hi everyone, I just picked up a 1100 and want to restore it, its in great shape all ready I don't think it was hardly used. The seat is still perfect and the paint and decals are really good. What I'm looking for what attachments go with it (snow blower, tiller, exc.), I didn't think they made them for the 1100's, and i don't know much about them exc. they were the economy ones. but i was told they did, i got a yard tractor with the att. and big diff. But anyway I love cubs and im trying to start a collection so I'm glad to be on board with you all.

Your 1100 is considered a Garden Tractor which means it can use ground engaging equipment. With a rear lift installed and a spring assist also installed to help lift the heavier equipment, you can use just about any of the sleeve hitch type attachments that can be used by any of the Cub GT's. You can use a Brinly mold board plow, disc, cultivator, seeder, yard sweeper, and on and on. Yours does come with an 11hp B&S motor and a 4 speed transmission. Hopefully some of the guys more acquainted with the 1100 will give more input.
