Kinda sounds like either the float is not set properly or there's a piece of junk in the needle valve causing it to take forever to fill up the bowl. I don't think it would get hot enough in two minutes to cause any issues to come up.

I beleive your ignition coil is faulty. Ensure the condenser is working and hooked up. You should have a blue spark. If not, either your coil or condenser is faulty. I have not yet looked at the vid so I'm not sure if you replaced those parts.

Something else to check is the screen inside the fuel tank. You will have to pull the tank out, and carefully remove the nipple going through the seal in the tank. The screen is just on the other side of the seal and attached to the nipple.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
