Default Steering Wheel
There is lots of info about pulling the steering wheel but I can't get the plastic hub cover off without damaging it on my 127. I have already mushed it a little with a pry bar and don't want to go on till I'm sure I won't destroy it. It seems I;m stopped before I begin.

Ken I would try a putty knife or something with a thin but firm edge on it. I have always used a putty knife with no problems.

thanks, I guess my pry bar was too thick and I gather the hub just lifts up, not threaded or locked. I will give it a go this afternoon.

That is a good question. I plan to part out my 123, and it has a nice steeringwheel and center cap that I'am afraid I'd goof up by removing it. How about a heat gun/hair dryer? Would that work? I got a nice old and sharl putty knife to try. Good luck, keep us posted!
