104 clutch problem?
I'm considering a 104 belonging to a man with a small engine repair business. He says it's in good shape and runs well, but the clutch won't release, and he doesn't have time to work on his own stuff. You have to start it in gear. I can get it for $300, and I was wondering what the worst case on the clutch situation might be, cost wise?

Easy. Depress and lock the clutch pedal. Put a flat screwdriver between the pressure plates and the clutch disk. Strike with a hammer untill the plates and disk separate. Lube the bushings on the 3 pin driver and your done. 5 minutes tops
