357 38"mower deck

Hello, I have a 357 mower deck. To me, it seems like it clogs up to easy in high grass. It's an older deck, IH, which I'm running it on a CCC 680 and it docent seem like it throws the grass far enough. I heard from someone, I don't know if it's true or not, but he told me that mtd sped up the newer decks and I don't know if running an older deck on an 84 680 would make a differance in how it mows.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
