![]() ![]() I recently had to replace the front Coil Pin on the drive shaft. It was a sinch. Just took off the left side panel (1 wing nut) popped out what was left of the old one, tapped a new one in and off to the races to aerate the yard. There are also some pics of the Hitch I made my self. I have 3 trailers and its awesome being able to move them with my Cub. Glad to hear she is up and running good. That is a good looking 1811 you have. Is that a brinly disc set up you have?

Its a Brinly Core Aerator. Got it on Craigs list for $50 last week. It does a really nice job. There is a iPhone/Android App that sends me notifications for things I program it to search for. Its called CraigsPro. I picked up the 1811 50" deck + a Internationl snow thrower and chains for $900. A 80lb seed spreader for $30

I use SearchTempest.com to search a specified area of Craigslist all at one time. I'm hoping to pickup a cultivator soon.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
