I'm such a dork! Of course It matches the decal on the 100 with the 71 hood on it. Good thing that Jude called and made me think about it.

Here is my 1450 with a 16 hp engine. I got this from my dad over the winter he went to a M48 tank and did not have use for this one any more. I have done some work to it. He was not the greatest at keeping it up. HAHAHA. I up graded the steering and changed out all of the fluids and the battery. I replaced the ignition system with a bosh coil and kohler pionts. And I have many other things I want to do to it I just have to make it past the wife. A good washing at the fire house brightened it up quite a bit. I have been using this site quite a bit in my quest and I know that I will be on here a lot more too. But in the mean time here is my 1975 1450 with front ports and a 3 point lift

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
