Default Look what I found NOS QA 36 AND 42

It looks like 5 or 6 qa36 and 42 snow throwers. Found these in my friend's old warehouse. Hope to get in there this week and pull them out. Then I can see what kind of shape they are in. What I saw on one of them looks perfect, but I still have to open the boxes. I see rust on another one, hopefully it's not to bad.

Save the boxes in the best shape that you can. Great find!

OK I have them out of the old warehouse and thawing out in the newer warehouse. There are 2 36's and 3 42's. Despite the boxes there looks to be 3 in really good shape and 2 still good but some rust.

I did find 2 boxes in great shape that was being used to store other stuff.
Here are some new pics.

Now I have to decide on a price and/or if it would be better to sell them whole or part them out. Everything seems to turn/move as they should.

Wow, that is quite the find.

Crazy that stuff is still out there. I think the blades were made well into the 90s (for the cyclops), so that makes sense.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
