I don’t have my snow removal equipment ready this year yet, but here’s some pictures from last year.
I mainly used the 125, with the 1450 ready to go if needed in the driveway. Thinking this year will be the 125 and 149 #2. For our long private road, the GMC.

This is the workhorse around the place. JD 835M. 53 horsies in this one have a little better push than the 147's, and it lets the cubs sit in the warm shop all winter to ponder the work to be done next spring. 6' Denali plow, with hydraulic angle kit on the blade.
Didn't dig to find the original pic, but had this one i edited out mine and the little helpers faces on, to sell the half windshield on Craigslist prior to putting on a full windshield. I'd put up a pic of the zero turn with a plow on it I used the first two years here, but it would draw some laughs. With 2 acres to mow, a big mower was priority 1 when we moved in, and knew the boss wouldn't let me buy two big toys right away, so the zero turn had to pull winter duty until I could get this setup. |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
