So very true, so very, very true.

Just to be clear, I'm not "butt hurt" as you so eloquently put it if you were in fact referring to me.

It's not a "he man" contest to see if you get hearing damage. You can keep your hearing the best possible by wearing protection.

Tensions are already running high with whats going on in the world... Why add to the pressure by letting a pot stirrer hang around? Just my opinion

There has been words used here that I have no idea what they are referring to, even after the best google searches. Really did not understand why anyone would knock another's $200 cub on this site, though. We've all had those long shot cubs that we pick up and like a little stray, we nurture it back and our despair is replaced with pride in knowing that we saved another one!

Guess I will have to wait for the excitement to resume. Until then...

Life's too short to be irritated by a childish smart-a$$. Sam, you did the right thing by issuing a time out. If he hasn't learned his lesson when/if he comes back, I vote for a more lengthy ban.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
