it's supposed to be a 2084, can't read the engine sticker, haven't looked at the model or serial numbers yet.
it's in pretty ok condition over all it does not run, it has no spark to either plug did not come with a deck or anything other than a better hood and side covers. which is ok as I want to get a snow blower for it. so your not supposed to tow or push this machine more than a couple feet. how do you move it when it will not run? the guy I bought it from lifted the rear end with a chain and his loader and pushed it with the front wheels on the ground. I don't have a loader.

You should be able to push it by hand as much/far as the average guy is able without hurting anything. Can't you unload in front of your shop and just push it in? I have been known to pull a roller jack under the rear and get someone to keep it stable and roll it that way on concrete. Make sure any helpers don't push on the plastic!

Congrats on the super.
 People get to worried about towing these Cub's. Just go slow and you can go as far as you want. My old 1811 got drug about 500yrd and it was just fine.

I got cleaned up pretty good, the magnets in the flywheel are all loose, I'll have to glue them back in tomorrow. I didn't get to testing the coils, good thing I have another 20 hp kohler sitting on a tire (CV20), coils should be the same right?

2 new coils and spark is back
well after cleaning all the fins, replacing the instake gaskets and reassembling everything. I put on a new fuel pump and got that pumping, the PO had an electric one rigged up and I didn't like the rigging. well after all that, I got it start, it took a lot of cranking and sputtering but it finally ran. I think it runs about 1/2 power at full throttle and if I try to throttle it down it wants to die. but I really wanted to know if the tractor would move under it's own steam SO I let off the brake and it wants to die instantly, so some switch somewhere is killing it. SO I unhooked the kill wire, it fired right back up, still about 1/2 power but it DOES move under it's own power. I think the carb is leaking around the selenoid, looked wet back there probobly need to clean the carb too huh. I need to figure out what switch is wanting to kill it.
