Ahhh a tag now I see it. Well you know nobody has been in there. That's a plus. Beautiful job on decarbonizing. What did you do to get those valves clean enough to eat off of? Really I got to know. Wow that wiring is something of a nightmare. I see bare splices and bare wire sticking out of the tops of terminal connectors. Not to mention the gauge of wire that was used. Good thing you got another harness on stand by. All in all it looks like you have everything covered. That's got to feel good. I hope you keep on sharing your works. Extra pie for you.

Well actually I hear a crunching sound on the back side of the motor when I rotate it by hand. Could be something in the flywheel I hope so I'm pulling on the motor and lo & behold the motor is not attached to the suspension frame so it will be real easy to remove.
The valve picture, that was showing when I had only cleaned the in take valve(right) and the was I got the valves clean was to take each valve and put each one in the end of my 18 volt Dewalt and polished them with 0000 steel wool and metal polish after removing the heavy carbon with razor blades and lightly applied cup brush (wire) works great.
